Getting started is easy! Simply text us your name, address, email, and a photo of your home, and a team member will be in touch with your estimate. For more elaborate projects, feel free to call us to schedule an in-person consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, present a custom design plan, and create a timeline that fits your schedule​

​We decorate a wide variety of properties, including residential homes, commercial buildings, shopping centers, public spaces, and more. Whether it's a small home or a large commercial property, we have the expertise to create a dazzling display.

How long does the installation take?

The installation time varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. Most residential installations are completed within a day, while larger commercial projects may take longer. We ensure that the installation is efficient and minimally disruptive.

What if a light or decoration stops working during the season?

We offer a maintenance service throughout the holiday season. If any lights or decorations stop working, simply contact us, and we’ll promptly fix the issue to ensure your display stays perfect.

Do you provide the lights and decorations, or can I use my own?

We offer both options. You can choose from our high-quality lights and decorations, or we can install the decorations you already own. Please note that maintenance and ensuring the lights stay fully functional throughout the season cannot be guaranteed for client-provided decorations​

Do you store the lights after the holidays?

Yes, we offer storage services for your lights. After takedown, we carefully pack and store your them in our secure facility until the next holiday season.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom holiday displays tailored to your preferences and property. Our design team will work with you to bring your vision to life. Schedule a consultation to start the designs process.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally a few months before the holiday season begins. Our schedule fills up quickly, especially during peak times, so early booking ensures you secure your desired installation date.

Are your services insured?​​

Yes, Light It Up is fully insured. We carry Liability Insurance to protect our clients and our team during the installation process. If you require a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide one upon request.
